Our Mission

The Texas STEM Teacher Corps is an innovative initiative designed to empower K-8 teachers to lead transformative STEM learning in their classrooms and communities. Through collaboration, research, and professional learning, the program supports teachers in adapting and implementing high-quality instructional practices that promote student engagement and understanding of science and engineering. By fostering a network of teacher leaders and partnering with schools and districts, the Corps advances evidence-based approaches to STEM education while contributing to broader efforts to improve teaching and learning nationwide.
